The Standard Double Room opens onto an inner‑courtyard view and includes air conditioning, heating and parquet flooring. It sleeps two on an extra‑large double bed and can accommodate one crib; a flat‑screen TV and wardrobe provide entertainment and storage. “Molto buona torneremo sicuro”
The bathroom air conditioning was amazing and the pillows were comfortable, while the staff were kind and efficient. The only downside was the lack of a mini fridge in the room.

The breakfast was fine, but the air‑conditioning shut off after about three minutes, forcing me to keep the window open, which let in a lot of street noise.

We rode in on bikes and the bike storage was great; breakfast was sweet and very plentiful, but the savory side was thin with only one type of pastry, though they made scrambled eggs for us when we asked, which fixed it. It would be better to add eggs, more cured meats, and more pastry options.
The staff were friendly and professional, and the breakfast was superb—especially the Italian-style option. Coffee and cappuccino were served by the bar, not by machines, so they were high quality. The location is good for reaching Gubbio, the parking is large and free, and the restaurant is a nice extra. The room was clean and spacious. Minor room details were off: the blinds didn’t work properly and would drop on their own after being raised; the toilet seat was broken; a few dead insects were stuck to the wall and not removed. It’s a small annoyance that can turn a good stay into a slightly negative one.
