The location and views are impeccable, the breakfast is amazing and the rooms are up to standard. The biggest takeaway from the stay was however the incredible owner and staff, huge props to them and their hospitality. Simply wonderful

Very central and the staff were friendly, but loud music from the bar next door played until 3 am every night, making it hard to sleep; if you book a sea‑view room you’ll see the large cruise ships in front.

The staff were kind and professional from reception to housekeeping, the hotel was tidy, rooms were in excellent condition, and the location was perfect; they loved staying here and had no negative comments.

The location on Karakoy, directly in front of Galata Bridge, is great with a nearby tram stop; rooms are sound‑isolated and beautifully decorated, and the bed was comfortable, but the room is too small to open a suitcase, lacking at least 5 m² for normal use, making it suitable only for one night; the toilet is also small.
