The location of the hotel was good and honestly the main reason I booked it. It’s within walking distance to Pamplona Hospital and Medical Centre, plus just across McDonald’s and 7-Eleven which was very convenient. There’s also a restaurant downstairs, although I didn’t get a chance to try it. I originally booked 6 nights but wasn’t able to complete my stay. While they couldn’t refund the unused nights, the staff were accommodating and kindly offered to let me arrange for someone else to take over the room, which I appreciated. The room itself is very basic — you get what you pay for. It was relatively clean, so no major complaints there. My room was on the 3rd floor and it was quite noisy. You can hear cars passing by, people talking loudly outside, and in the mornings the housekeeping staff could get a bit noisy too
