“Excelente.”
The service was fantastic and the bed was superb; the pool and beach access were great, but the breakfast could have offered more choices.

Everything was brand new, pretty and tidy. The breakfast was really good. Nothing else stood out.

The common area is really nice and pretty! The pool is a delight, with a beach area, chairs, sunshades and tables. Breakfast is very tasty, complete, they make everything fresh for us. All the staff are very polite and helpful. The room is a drawback; the windows face an external corridor so they’re always closed, and there’s a black sticker for privacy. A blackout curtain would make it more comfortable. The bathroom window faces an inner corridor, so walking down the hall you hear everything from the bathroom, which is uncomfortable. The room isn’t bad, it’s very simple and lacks attention to details that might hide these issues.

The accommodation was very clean, the sheets and towels were crystal clear and high quality. Breakfast was excellent, definitely worth mentioning! The staff were very kind from the moment we arrived until the end. It would be nice to have dinner service or a partnership with restaurants, because the city doesn’t have much dining options outside.
