“Hotel de los años 70”

The only thing that was salvable was the breakfast; the staff were a 5 and a total disaster. The facilities were old and poorly maintained, not a 4‑star place, it should have been from 50 years ago. We found a cockroach in the room and asked for a change.

It’s comfortable, with beautiful views that are pleasant for two people. The staff are very kind and attentive. The balconies are open with bars and offer no privacy for each guest, which was uncomfortable.

The staff’s service was excellent, worthy of a 5‑star hotel. The housekeeping was very attentive and professional, even putting pajamas on the pillow. The reception and pool staff were friendly and helpful at all times. The location is ideal; we parked the car comfortably and free of charge nearby and walked to the town centre in just a few minutes. The rooms could have had more outlets and other amenities like a mini‑fridge. Overall, a room upgrade would match the incredible service.

“The place is on a great location, has great breakfast, overall good value for the money, except for the cockroach ☹️”

The location is very good, close to the beach and the street with many restaurants and shops. The staff were polite and friendly. Breakfast was very good with many options. The view was great, you could see the beach and Teide. It is a bit outdated, there were broken tiles in the bathroom, and the room doors are hard to close, creating a lot of noise. There was only one chair on the balcony for two guests. It was clean, but on the last morning there was a cockroach in our bathroom.
