The staff were really friendly and helpful, which was great.
The accommodation was clean and it was easy to get around town using public transport.
The location was central but still quiet, which was a plus.

The breakfast was good, but the hotel refuses to accommodate check‑in between 15–16 h even though it says otherwise, so I ended up waiting in my car; also water leaked from the toilet.
We were told the room would have a kitchen and a fridge, yet none were present, and we couldn't locate the breakfast area.
The reception was communicative and parking was fine, but the mattress was hard and uncomfortable.
A private parking lot right next to the building is a great convenience, but the breakfast left something to be desired.
