“Good budget hotel, quiet street, close to station”

The place is very well located and the facilities are very clean. The rooms are fully equipped and the front‑desk staff are very attentive and pleasant. Getting to Venice is easy, only 10 minutes by train (1,50€) and the train station is a 5‑minute walk from the hotel. It definitely pays to stay here rather than on the island itself, where prices are much higher.

The distance to the train station and the parking are good, but the room wasn't clean.

The hotel is amazing, the service was really helpful and the room very comfortable. The location is near the train station so it’s easy to arrive there walking even with some bags. The breakfast is also amazing, you can eat as you want for a small price. A quiet place to sleep well. At night those streets used to be totally empty so there is not so much to do around there. But nothing about the hotel.

The location near the Mestre train station is optimal, the car was parked in the courtyard so we could leave anytime, the staff were very friendly and helpful. There is no WC on the ground floor.
