The location was very convenient for the city centre, the hotel was nicely decorated for its style, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, my request about parking options was not answered, the Wi‑Fi didn’t work because the card with the password in the room was wrong or outdated, and opening the door with the chip took patience, sometimes not working until the 10th try.

The breakfast was very good, but only private TV channels were available on the TV and the internet didn’t work.

Very good—friendly young man at the front desk who was helpful, very polite and competent 👍 would book again immediately—breakfast area a bit small 🥴 No complaints.

The hotel has just been renovated and sits in a good spot. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty, though the dining room was too small for two families. Switching rooms was handled smoothly. However, the rooms still have the old windows, so they get hot and noisy in summer and probably cold in winter. There’s no elevator, no bike storage, and the basement and rear courtyard house a steakhouse.

The room was under the roof and offered a stunning view; in the mornings from bed you could watch swallows. It’s spacious enough for a family with two kids. The breakfast area in the main building had a lovely old‑world charm and the food was tasty with fresh fruit. However, as a boutique hotel I expected more. Our family room was plain and lacked any design flair. The half‑board meals were quite pricey and disappointing—no vegetables in the main dish and no sophistication at all. We’d suggest dining elsewhere.
