The front desk staff were apathetic and untrained to provide excellent service; they claimed to be a “Travel Agency” separate from Hyatt even though I paid directly, and they issued a bill under a different company name, which cost me extra time to resolve.

The location was perfect with plenty of restaurants nearby and a nice shopping mall; the hotel staff were professional, kind, helpful, and always smiling. The room layout was very good, spacious and well organized, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was large and well designed. I loved everything.
