“Exceptional service and beautiful rooms”

The hotel had a very Parisian vibe and felt homely, not like a big chain. The staff were exceptional, friendly, and offered fabulous local recommendations. Breakfast was great value. My room was spacious with plenty of room to open my suitcase, and I was traveling with a bike, which the elevator could accommodate. The bathroom was lovely, the decor calm and well put together, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The sauna and spa were the highlight, perfect for sore legs after walking the city, and I had it all to myself each day. It was within walking distance to major attractions, especially the Eiffel Tower. As I was traveling alone and short on time, chatting with the morning staff made me feel welcomed and they went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I would recommend staying here and plan to return next time I visit Paris. Thank you ☺️

“No way !”

The location is okay but far from the metro with luggage. The value for money is poor. At check‑in, a cash deposit is required, justified by the claim that the room could be "vandalized." The room contains a Nespresso machine, but only two capsules are supplied and are not refilled. Instead of teaspoons, there are cheap wooden sticks that aren’t replaced after use. Used body lotion and hand soap are not restocked. The huge heavy main door opens outward. One must first step backward down the step to even open the door, which is awkward with luggage. The room lacks a hallway and nightstands. You can sleep directly next to the fridge or the mini‑closet, with no space for luggage; the shoes block everything, giving a camping feel. The bathroom door opens toward the bed and hits the fridge door and your knees if you sit there. The sink is extremely narrow and is covered by a glass shelf, making normal tooth brushing difficult. A scaffold from the neighboring building stands right in front of the window. The vents of two nearby bars are very close. The cleaning staff woke me at 7:30 am with intrusive knocking and then immediately unlocked the room door. The deposit was returned after inspecting the room, not at checkout. Never experienced such mistrust before—I'm older and have traveled a lot.

I left my used towels on the floor to be replaced, but they were not swapped for clean ones.

Walking to the Eiffel Tower takes a few minutes, and there are many good restaurants nearby, including a great brioche place and two Chinese restaurants. Carrefour is 100 m away. Very convenient.
