Das Frühstück bot die übliche Auswahl und war insgesamt in Ordnung. Es gab keine Wartezeiten, und das Personal war freundlich. ch war im 9. Stock untergebracht und fühlte mich dort ziemlich isoliert. Im Zimmer standen keine Getränke zur Verfügung. Diese musste man vor Ort an der Bar bestellen und selbst abholen – einen Zimmerservice gab es nicht. Die Rezeption war telefonisch praktisch nicht erreichbar. Statt mit einer Ansprechperson kommunizierte man mit einer KI. Das vermittelte mir kein gutes Gefühl, insbesondere bei der Vorstellung, in einem Notfall rasch Hilfe zu benötigen. Zudem war mir im Vorfeld nicht bewusst, dass die Betten während des Aufenthalts nicht gemacht werden. Ein klarer Hinweis darauf wäre hilfreich gewesen. Insgesamt fehlten mir der persönliche Kontakt und der Service, den ich von einem Hotel erwarte
