I never received an invoice for my stay.

The place was clean and the staff were pleasant, but Booking couldn't audit me and the hotel changed my reservation date, causing me to pay twice.

The place is well‑situated, but we were assigned a room on the second floor that was quite rundown, and the shower head area was noticeably dirty.

The location is great, yet the floors in the room were dirty, the pillows were horrible, the towels were ripped, and the staff were unfriendly.
