“Une super chambre dans maison d’hôte nichée dans les rhodopopes”

The hosts were super warm and friendly from the moment we arrived. The view from our room and the garden—mountains all around—was breathtaking. We got an entire private bathroom because the other rooms were empty, which you don’t get when the place is fully booked. Breakfast was homemade, delicious, and served with a smile. The house sits right in Yagodina, at the start of the hiking trails, so everything was just perfect.

“A lovely stay”

The view from the property is amazing and the hosts are the sweetest. Everything was spotless. It’s not a luxury hotel, but it feels like staying with family. The owner makes homemade breakfast that you can buy and have in your room or on the garden terrace. Highly recommend!

The rooms are very comfortable and everything is spotless. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the surroundings are beautiful. I’d highly recommend the 4x4 route through the Rhodope mountains.

“Nice, but noisy location”

The studio was spacious, clean, and had a strong hot shower. The bed was very comfortable and the terrace was nice. The downside is the noise from jeep drivers heading to Eagle Eye—so close to town it’s hard to escape the traffic. Breakfast options have shrunk to just a ham‑and‑cheese sandwich or yogurt, which is a step down from what previous guests described.

“The most beautiful place on Earth”

Everything was fantastic. The view was unbeatable—Milky Way right outside our balcony and shooting stars at night. The location is ideal for stargazing, the Yagodina caves, and the Devil’s Throat. Driving through the gorge feels like a paradise ride. The room was beautiful, the hosts were friendly and kind, and the homemade breakfasts were delicious. The people in Yagodina are warm and welcoming. I’d definitely recommend dinner at Hotel Yagodina. We’re already missing this place.
