The hotel is close to the airport, but the beds were uncomfortable, the air conditioner kept turning off and the rooms got hot, and breakfast ran out early with very limited options before 9 am.

The bed was comfortable, but the shower leaked onto the floor and the breakfast wasn’t good.

The male worker in the hair locks had no respect and refused to clean when I asked, and he was upset about giving me fresh towels. The kitchen lady was rude each time, and many other guests complained but couldn’t get a complaint number to speak to.

The hotel’s proximity to CLT Douglas made it great for early flights, but the rooms were dirty with broken doors, bleach stains on the carpet, cigarette butts everywhere, and guests weren’t using the smoke towers. Noise was constant with people yelling all night, the paint was peeling, the parking area needed an update, and the entrance had huge potholes. I liked the renovation of the front desk area.

The hotel is close to the airport, but it wasn’t clean at all. Bugs were in the bathroom, the towel on the shower door looked gross, the carpet was old and stained, and at checkout no one was at the desk; I waited 45 minutes for someone and finally had to leave my key on the counter. I was scheduled for the 0430 shuttle, but after waiting 45 minutes I had to order an Uber.
