“Very very bad experience”
I never actually stayed there, yet I already paid and have not received a refund. The host seems like a scammer, and I’m baffled why anyone would allow this property to be listed.

The hotel's location was its biggest strength - it's literally a stone's throw away from all the major attractions. However, the convenience comes with a price, and unfortunately, that price is a room full of unwanted critters. I'm not talking about the occasional stray insect, but rather a full-blown infestation of cockroaches and mosquitoes that made it hard to enjoy my stay. Despite the hotel's potential, the pest problem was a major turn-off.

This place was a real gem - I felt like royalty the whole time I was there. The staff were super friendly and made me feel like I was part of the family, which was a huge plus. Unfortunately, things took a turn for the worse from the moment I checked in. The room was a bit of a letdown, but the service made up for it in the end.
I was a bit hesitant to try Airbnb, but my cousin swore by it, saying it's safer than other options. So, I decided to give it a shot. The location was great, just a short walk from Moa, but I did get a bit turned around trying to find the place - it's actually located down a quieter road, not the one from Buendia. The unit was right in front of a hotel I'd stayed at before, which was a nice bonus. However, things started to go downhill from there.

I paid for my booking, but when I arrived, they told me the room wasn't available. It's really frustrating when you're left with nothing after handing over your money. The management seems to be very disorganized, and it's unacceptable that they collected payment without ensuring a room was ready for me.
