The spot was perfect and the vistas were stunning, especially from the balcony. They offered free coffee and tea, and it was a short stroll to the water, cafés, and restaurants, all within walking distance of San Juan Gaztelugatxe.

The location was good, but the noise from the restaurant below with live performances was annoying. Every time any room door closed, the door in my room rattled. The bathroom was old and the shower had a lot of black mold, which was pretty disgusting.

Parking was easy and the location was good. There was a small entrance with coffee, and the room had a TV with various free platforms. We had a TV issue, but they came and fixed it very kindly. The bathroom had a bit of dampness and was slightly neglected aesthetically, but it was clean.

The beds were comfortable, the room was well equipped, and the price was good. Around 22:00 the lights went out and the elevator alarm rang all night.
