An outdoor pool, spa with indoor pool and steam baths, and buffet restaurant serving international cuisine are highlights. Ciutadella's old town is 10 minutes' walk, and Menorca's airport is 35 km away.

The hotel’s location is great, just beside the beach and the beautiful rocky coves. Cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff were also excellent. Dinner only opened at 19:30, which is quite late for some cultures or people; perhaps offering dinner from 18:30 or 19:00 would be better.

The staff were friendly, efficient, and helpful. Breakfast was very good. The hotel was quiet and the room had good ventilation. Because it was very hot, it became difficult or impossible to use the pool after a certain time; maybe adding more shade structures or sun protection equipment would help.

The breakfast was amazing, the staff were very friendly, and the beds were large and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the pool and lounge area.

The hotel is very pretty, right next to a cove where you could swim down the stairs. The town is a 15–20 minute walk away. The breakfast buffet was superb, full and varied, with plenty of savory, sweet, yogurt, fresh fruit, and local Menorcan specialties; they also made eggs or omelets on the spot, which was appreciated! Just two minutes’ walk on the same street was the Temptations bar serving delicious burgers, and further along was Dall'italiano Beach, an Italian spot with excellent pizzas, cocktails, and authentic Brazilian Açaí – highly recommended. The hotel staff were super kind and even froze a bottle of water for us daily so we could keep the fridge fresh for the next day at the beach. We’ll definitely come back! The only improvement needed is the breakfast coffee, which was made with an instant machine and wasn’t very good; everything else was great!
