“it was very good at all, even the transportation issue not big problem its very valuable hotel”

The staff was very nice and helpful, the room was quiet and clean, and check‑in was easy. However, unlike other hotels that offer full transportation to and from Masjed Alharam, this place only provides transport to the bus station and has no deal with the buses, so we had to pay for the bus ourselves.

“Long stay”

> I truly appreciate the excellent services provided by the hotel. The front desk staff were professional, courteous, and very welcoming. The room on the 9th floor was fantastic, well-equipped with a refrigerator, TV, air conditioner, iron with ironing board, tea and coffee supplies, electric kettle, and hair dryer. The room was clean and comfortable, with neat blankets and fresh bed sheets. > > Special appreciation goes to driver Abdul Aziz for his friendly attitude, smiling face, and excellent service. I would also like to acknowledge Miss Fatima at the reception desk for her outstanding hospitality and professionalism. > > The breakfast at the hotel restaurant was amazing, and Mr. Ahmed deserves recognition for maintaining cleanliness and providing prompt and attentive service in restaurants. Appreciated Hotel management all services could not possible with sincerely efforts and guidance of managers > > Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this hotel. Everything ok
