Cómo valoran los huéspedes el hotel, aspecto por aspecto.
The suite was nice, but the staff, food, and parking were bad. The brewery and wine bar were closed, and the terrace by the Rhine was also shut. Booking breakfast costs 40 € for two people if you have already reserved. The parking spot was far away, so if you're traveling you have to leave your car unattended or empty it completely and then reload it the next morning.

Die Unterkunft war direkt am Radweg. Ich wurde empfangen wie ein Kunde 2. Klasse, weil ich über Booking. com gebucht habe und nicht direkt. Bei Direktbuchung war beim Zimmerpreis von 169€ das Frühstück enthalten und bei Buchung über nicht. Für das Frühstück musste ich extra 40€ zahlen, weil 15% Provision verlangt. Der Schlüssel der Zimmertür klemmte. Die Nachttür mit Code war defekt. Frühstück war Standard

A lovely castle by the Rhine, the rooms were spotless and instantly comforting. The restaurant was superb and the food exquisite. However, the breakfast came as a lunch‑box, which felt odd since we hadn’t expected that. We also had to hunt for the lunch‑box, but after a quick phone call we got the information we needed. After that, everything was fine.

A nice view of the courtyard and the river, making it a great starting point for bike tours.

The scenic view of the water and landscape was beautiful, and the setting was very quiet. What I didn’t like was that there was no staff available in the evenings.
