Nothing. I couldn't gain access. Paid for a room, travelled to the location but didn't look like there was anywhere to actually stay. 150 deposit too. Called the mobile number on Google. IT DOESNT WORK. THIS IS A CON. DONT BOOK HERE

The bed was quite comfy. When I arrived there was already someone in my room; as it was late I couldn't get in touch with anyone, so fortunately another room was open and unoccupied, so I used that for the night, although the bed hadn't been made properly and there were no pillows so I didn't sleep well. Because I didn't have the key for that room I couldn't lock it and didn't want to leave my belongings and wanted to sort out my room, I lost out on a day's work. The whole apartment was dirty, the kitchen, the bins hadn't been emptied in a while, rubbish overflowing onto the floor, there were dirty dishes in the sink that had obviously been there a while, the toilets were dirty, no toilet roll was provided in the bathrooms. When a gentleman arrived to sort my room situation out he didn't seem to want to help or be there and basically told me I was in another room, gave me the key and left, even though I tried raising issues with him. The room I was put in, the TV was the smallest I've ever seen and wouldn't tune in to any channels. I'm not sure who was staying, as far as I was aware just me and one other but people would be coming and going at all hours. A pair of young ladies came and had the same issue with their room, they'd been booked into a room that was already occupied and I'm not sure if they ended up staying. I actually ended up staying on a friend's couch for a couple of the night because I was so dissatisfied, wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Close to Sainsbury's. Got rooms mixed up and owner didn't answer phone, bins overflowing.
