The breakfast was extensive, but getting in and out of the underground parking was very tight and the €15 daily parking fee wasn’t obvious when booking.

The staff were friendly, breakfast tasty, the room large and clean, the hotel had an elevator, and the location was good – close to the highway and metro station with a nice view of all of Hannover from the window; the beds were uncomfortable, there was no dedicated parking, very few power outlets, corridor lights turned on automatically (you had to wait for them to go off), and the room key card sometimes didn’t work.

The room for this booking was on the top floor, very spacious with a chair and stool, and the espresso machine was a real highlight; however, there were many small issues that fell short of 4‑star expectations: five instances of late check‑out that I had to point out without any apology or accommodation, a late‑checkout reservation that didn’t work for the room key or the paid parking garage exit, and staff who seemed limited by management’s directives – attention and friendliness are key, though.

The location is convenient with the tram right outside, the airport and highway close by, the room is very large with a big shower, comfortable bed, working air‑conditioning, and the on‑site bar/terrace offers good value – we’ll return. The underground parking is too expensive, the lighting scheme needs review, the switches on the bed in room 810 seemed illogical, and a kettle would be nice.
