Location and the old staff that we are used to. New staff very courteous but lack training Room air conditioning was a major set back as the cooling was getting switched off every night by 2.00 am possibly a power saving initiative. We have been staying here regularly for over 10 years and never faced such issues

The staff’s hospitality was amazing, especially the receptionist Manami who was very helpful. So far the experience has been very good. Nothing to complain about.

Breakfast options were varied, the rooms were clean, and the service was awesome. The towels are very old and need to be replaced.
