What really stood out was the lady who cleans the rooms. When I arrived, she gave me a warm welcome and was both kind and professional. Every day the room was spotless. I left valuables in the room and nothing was touched; she’s truly trustworthy. The owner could be more sociable – a simple “hello, you have everything you need?” would suffice. Other than that, everything was correct.
