Great location for both beach stays and exploring the area. A bus stop to Fira city is just a short walk away. The staff were very friendly and helped us whenever we needed something. The breakfast was rather sparse with a small selection. The hot tub on the terrace needed cleaning—it smelled awful of mildew. The bathroom doors were transparent and everything could be heard (my friend and I solved the issue by moving a blanket over the door).

Overall the room was clean and cozy, but our holiday was seriously ruined by a jacuzzi problem. We arrived on the 19th for our wedding anniversary and specifically booked a jacuzzi room, paying a lot for it. The jacuzzi didn’t work for the first 5 days from the 7th. On the 20th I reported the issue via Booking, but my message was basically ignored for almost 4 days. I wrote again on the 23rd, and only on the 24th did an administrator come and after her intervention the jacuzzi started working. The worst part was that instead of an apology, I was told the problem was supposedly because we didn’t know how to use the jacuzzi. I’m attaching screenshots of the correspondence that confirm the date of the first contact and that it was indeed ignored, plus photos of mold and plumbing that need attention. Breakfast was practically the same all 7 days; the food was okay but more variety would be nice. For future guests: if you have a problem, need something, or a request during your stay, don’t expect a quick response. In my case the jacuzzi issue was ignored for almost 4 days, even though it was the main reason we chose that room. I give 1 star for the cleaning staff and 1 star for the location. The room’s cleanliness and location were the positives of this stay. We went to Santorini to celebrate our wedding anniversary and chose a jacuzzi room. Unfortunately, we could only use it properly on the last 2 days of the 7.
