The hotel is a short 2-minute walk from Dam Square and 5-minute walk to the Anne Frank House. Guests can easily access Amsterdam Central Station in 10 minutes on foot or use the nearby tram stop Dam/Raadhuisstraat for direct connections to the Museumplein.

The location was good, but the shower had hair in various colors that had built up over months and weeks, and it was outside the room. Every time someone walked in the building or on the stairs, there were banging noises. The neighboring rooms sounded like there were no walls. The mattress was hard, warped, and had hair on the sheets. The room felt like a prison cell, both in look and comfort, and it didn’t match the price or its cleanliness.

The hotel sits right in the center, so we walked to all the activities and tours. At first a receptionist told us we could use the kitchen to make coffee, but the next day the on‑duty receptionist was rude and told us to leave. We ended up buying coffee outside and bringing it back to our room. Still, overall the place is good.
