I booked through Booking but I absolutely couldn’t reach the hotel. Even after entering my credit card details, they didn’t confirm my reservation.

This place is a total rip-off! They gave us a room that was ridiculously small and smelled awful - it was like something out of an internet cafe. There was even a computer in the room, which was just bizarre. When we asked to switch rooms, the front desk staff said it would cost a lot extra, which was pretty unreasonable. I'm actually really disappointed because I booked this for my family members and they had a terrible experience.
