Me encantaron su instalaciones y la atención del personal excelente. Lo malo es que vi unas ratas afuera en los bambú en la terraza

Location was great . It was spotless everywhere . Good entertainment for all ages . Then pools were great and really different to any other hotel i have been to . The whole feel of the hotel was excellent. No coffee facilities in room which was strange and room service was 12 euros for 2 cappuccino s !! Also no water was provided in rooms , 80 percent of staff were great . But we had a couple of really rude staff which was a shame ,lan example of this was one day we had hone to buffet to get our breakfast on our return our table had been cleared . We were told we couldn’t sit there as someone else was mow going to sit there . told we would have to wait for another table
