It’s a scam! When we arrived they gave us a bedroom that wasn’t the one we booked, with no windows and semi‑destroyed furniture + stained towels. When we complained they later informed us that ours wasn’t actually ready yet (why not be honest and tell us that before?) and so they changed us to another bedroom. Bed sheets had stains, the room was again semi‑destroyed and dirty + full of mosquitoes.
