Nothing positive. The road to the hotel is basically non‑existent; you have to find a way to reach it, and at night it’s very risky—snakes and other dangers could be present, so stay alert.

“The owner of the property was extremely arrogant and outright rude. So, we didn't stay here.”

It’s one of the cheapest spots in Wayanad, which is probably the only good thing. I had to call customer service to report an issue, and the owner lied, claiming we’d gone to a different property with the same name. The reception was empty when I arrived. I had a meeting scheduled and was in a hurry to drop my luggage and leave. After no one showed up at the front desk for a while, I called the number printed outside and spoke to the owner. He responded with utter nonchalance and told me to wait. After ten minutes I asked a local friend to speak to the owner in Malayalam (since I don’t speak the local language), and the owner was outright rude to my friend—nothing was lost in translation. This was a huge disappointment, so we decided to look for another place instead.

The guy there is very helpful, the place is amazing with nature and a stream, I was there with my son and we were super happy about the location, service, and the fact that they offer a kitchen where we can cook… Thanks to Dude, sorry I didn’t ask his name, he’s a cool and helpful person.👍👍👍👍
