The grounds are beautiful, and the host was super helpful with suggestions. The room wasn’t 100% clean—there were spiders and cobwebs.

The place is very cozy. João is very attentive and always willing to help with local information. When we return to Itambé, we will definitely stay at the Lava Pés lodge again. Very good. And thanks for the excellent service.
