The hotel sits in the centre of Hyderabad, but it was very dirty, the room was cramped, the beds were filthy and the overall cleanliness was terrible.

The experience was very bad; I have no interest in booking again with this place. They did not help with any issues, and I’ve seen this happen twice before—once in Beneras and once in Hyderabad—despite having a 15‑year relationship with them, I will not continue after this.

There was nothing positive, and the negative was simply that it was better elsewhere.

The washroom was in bad condition, and the AC kept sprinkling water onto my face while I slept.

The location was good, but the bathroom was rotting and unclean, the sheets and towels were dirty, the cable TV didn’t work, and the AC was weak.
