The gym feels outdated; the equipment looks old and not up to a Hilton standard. Cleaning now happens every other day, a cut Hilton made after buying the property.
“Good location 😄, quiet room”
The hotel is quiet, yet there's no breakfast and parking costs $38 😞.
“Fine but don't think we will return after staying there for 10+ years.”
The location is great for walking in downtown Los Gatos and there’s covered parking, but why charge $35 when the owners own the land? They couldn’t locate our reservation, blaming a PMS system change. We were moved to a larger room, but the second bed was an uncomfortable sofa sleeper.
“Nice but could be better!”
The location is great, but the building looks old and in need of a facelift.
“The hotel was not full, seemed like lots of vacancy on a very busy weekend”
We ate at Los Gatos Cafe off‑property and it was excellent; the location was perfect and we walked everywhere. The hotel itself needed major upgrades, cleaning only every few days so towels weren't fresh and we had to ask for coffee. Parking costs $35 per day and there were too many extra rooms.
