Peter added a golden touch to the stay. Having a microwave and fridge was great. The stairs are a bit of a hassle, but that’s just London 😅

Everything was great, but what really stood out was how easy the whole process was and how friendly and helpful the staff were when it came to storing our luggage for the entire day until our flights departed. Highly recommended
