I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the one hand, I found the atmosphere to be very peaceful and serene, which was exactly what I needed. However, I was disappointed to discover that the jacuzzi wasn't functioning properly, as the water wasn't hot, and the fruit that was supposed to be served wasn't available.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks to Arturo's exceptional service - he was incredibly friendly and helpful. We were also treated to a complimentary bottle of wine, and the next morning, breakfast was ready and waiting for us. The hotel itself is a lovely, peaceful spot with a fantastic location. Overall, it was a great experience.

I had a great experience at this hotel, with excellent service, location, and attention from the staff - they were very friendly and accommodating to our needs. The atmosphere was peaceful, which was perfect for our group trip. However, I did notice that the bathroom cleanliness could be improved, particularly with the presentation of toiletries like shampoo, soap, and lotion. Additionally, the room temperature was a bit high, even with the air conditioning on.
