Thank you for taking care of me. The staff’s explanations and guidance were clear. Choosing a yukata was exciting. The meals were tasty and satisfying. The public bath made me wait a while for the hair dryer after bathing.

The hotel reached out before our stay to offer a child‑friendly meal for dinner—a lovely gesture. Upon arrival in Arima Onsen, we called the hotel and a driver came to pick us up, sparing us the walk with our luggage, and the same service was provided on departure. Everything was excellent: breakfast, onsen, friendly and English‑speaking staff. The hotel is 15 minutes from the Ropeway to Mount Rokko—take advantage, it’s a perfect day trip!
