Everything was fine overall, giving us a chance to relax for a few days. We had a problem with the pool, but it was resolved quickly.

A perfect base for hikes, surrounded by a lovely large garden. The pool was nice, though we didn’t use it because of the season. The facilities were outdated: too little dishware, no full pan, the coffee machine didn’t work and had to be replaced, one burner on the gas stove was non‑functional, the bathroom heaters were broken, the radiators shown in photos were missing, heating had to be done with the air‑conditioner, not every room had an air‑conditioner, we had to bring our own wood for the fireplace, the front door was broken and needed repair, there were too few blankets and towels—only one dishcloth for 14 days, which was definitely insufficient, and garbage had to be taken to Inca.
