The staff were very friendly, rooms were clean, quiet and cozy, and the lobby offered free coffee, cookies, and tea available any time during the day.

The staff were friendly and the location was good.

The hotel’s location was brilliant and the staff were really nice; it’s not far from Phaya Thai, Thailand’s new playground, and a 5‑minute BTS ride takes you to Siam Center, which is great. The lighting was not great, especially in my bathroom, and the two large mirrors in the corner by the bed seemed a bit creepy; overall it was good, but the room conditions could improve.
