I'm still trying to wrap my head around the whole experience. They cancelled my stay after I'd already checked in, and to make matters worse, they're not even providing me with an invoice. It's like they're trying to avoid giving me any kind of documentation, and I'm starting to think it's because they're trying to save commission.
