I had a fantastic time at Mercure Larnaca, located very well, and the staff were always friendly and helpful.

“Great location but not value for money”

The location was good and the breakfast was good, most of the staff were good, but we stayed on the second floor and it was very noisy from outside; when we asked to change rooms the staff said no rooms were available, and the delivery guys on their motorbikes below us laughed, screamed, shouted, and fought all night; I opened the window and asked them twice to be calm but that didn’t help, we couldn’t sleep and I had to go down and argue with them, almost fighting until they calmed a bit, so we had three nights without sleep; our room smelled bad, and we couldn’t do much because the desk kept telling us that no rooms were available and they were fully booked, but the lady at the desk was very kind, really tried to help, and offered us a voucher for beverages (which we didn’t use).

The newly refurbished hotel is nice, the staff are great, the rooms are clean, and the breakfast is good.
