The room looked decent, but the bed wasn’t the most comfortable. The breakfast room and bar were lovely, yet this was my second stay and the food choices were limited and often missing. Breakfast service was slow, cold, and sometimes the wrong items were served, and the overall food quality had slipped from what it used to be. The bathrooms were subpar, and the bed stayed uncomfortable. Nobody checked in on me or offered any help.

The hotel’s spot is close to downtown Brunswick and the highways, and parking was available. I avoided the main house because there’s no elevator and the pub nearby was noisy.

The inn is super cute, but I ended up with the smallest room on the property, even though the website called it a “standard queen room.” It’s fine for one person but a bit cramped for two. The bed and tiny desk tucked under an alcove made the space feel tight, though the property itself was nice.

The location was perfect the room was just right - goldilocks would have selected this room and this bed. I did not think the #13 on my door was welcoming although of course it was fine. Being a female alone i would have preferred a chain or other devise on the door for security while I was sleeping
