A room was cozy, the bed comfortable, and the place spotless; the staff were kind and the food was delicious, especially near the wellness area where the water was clean. Nothing there disappointed me.

The toilet had limescale, the room smelled bad, and the carpet was dirty; the largest pool in the thermal baths was closed and we weren’t warned about it.
