The ferry to Yuriga‑hama beach left right next to the beach, so it was a short walk. The staff and other guests felt very homey and it was a lot of fun 😊. The shower faucet was stiff, which made bathing a bit difficult.

“手作り感があふれるゲストハウス！”

The three owners who are seasoned travelers and Herb were full of personality, very entertaining, and the guest house had a genuinely handmade feel. The evenings spent around the dinner table with the owners and other guests became a great memory (we stayed a few times a week). The house is on the opposite side of the harbor, so securing a bike or rental car is essential; they even stopped by a rental bike shop on the way to pick one up. It takes about 40 minutes by bike from the harbor to the hotel, less than 5 minutes to the famous Ougun beach, and just under 10 minutes to the nearest shop (Kameya).

First of all, I want to praise the staff for getting along so well with all the guests; even in a great‑vibe guest house, that’s not always the case. Paying an extra fee let me join a dinner table, which was fantastic. Although Yoron isn’t led by Yoron, the content of Yoron Gengo was still fun. The location is right next to Yoron’s top tourist spots, and the lack of a supermarket isn’t a bother, it’s actually useful. The AC is a bit restrictive: during the day it runs in the living room, and at night it’s only in the dormitory (domitory).

“友達の家に泊まっているかのような居心地の良さ、リピ確定！”

It was my first time on Yonaguni Island, and the sea was beautiful; staying at this place was an unforgettable experience. The atmosphere felt like being with old friends, everyone was friendly and we all got along well. Whenever I needed help, they were there. The dormitory was also comfortable! No issues.
