Very affordable, clean, and the staff were just right, but the building’s structure made everyday noises like cleaning disturb me.

I didn’t think much of it. In the morning, while we were still there, staff were cleaning a room that had just been checked out and it was noisy; the front desk person struggled with Japanese, which made us uneasy, and the amenities were far from impressive.
