Widok z okna jest magiczny, piękny widok na kopułę bazyliki św Piotra, bardzo dobra klimatyzacja w pokoju. Kontakt z obsługą jest bardzo trudny, rozumiem że to włoski klimat jednak komunikacja mogłaby być na lepszym poziomie
“Overall, I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Innside Rome, with modern rooms and a great area.”
I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel was clean, modern, and comfortable, and I especially liked the excellent location that made it easy to access St. Peter’s Basilica for my nearby events. The room was spacious for one person, clean, and well‑designed. My main concern was the check‑in experience: I had told the hotel ahead of time about my expected check‑in time but received no response to my messages. When I arrived I had to wait outside, call someone, and prove my booking before being let in. Since I was already running late for an event, waiting about 10 minutes on a call to gain access was particularly inconvenient and stressful. Improving communication and the check‑in process would greatly enhance the guest experience.
