The location and structure are fine, and the staff are friendly. However, the place feels like it’s heading toward the end of its life. Many services are unavailable or only partially available. The gym, for example, is very dirty (rodent droppings inside) and some equipment can’t be used.

The location on the lagoon is great, but the property is poorly maintained and outdated, with trash and construction materials scattered everywhere along the sides.

Avoid this place; it’s filthy everywhere except the room. As a business owner, I rarely leave negative reviews, but this is unavoidable. The staff are horrible, and everything else is dirty. The worst value for money I’ve ever seen—shame! The only good point is the comfortable bed and decent room. Everything else is dirty; see the photos. The quality‑price ratio is catastrophic. The staff at reception and the bar/restaurant are terrible. It takes 15 minutes to get a glass of water, and we waited 45 minutes at breakfast with no table cleared. The lounge cushions are dirty and haven’t been changed in years. The supposedly private pool is actually shared; you look up and see your neighbor. After complaining with photos, the receptionist promised compensation, but I still haven’t received it. They know their hotel is bad, yet they never asked how the stay went, unlike all other hotels. Stay in the south of the lagoon, not the north where the boats and jet skis are.

“Passabile”

I liked that it was on the lagoon, but next time I’d go further out where the lagoon is prettier; still, it was nice. The room was very spacious and bright. I didn’t like the breakfast or its service, and for a luxury hotel that costs €500 a night, the breakfast didn’t live up to expectations. Basically, they serve a plate of fruit with a bit of yogurt, and if you ask how they make the eggs, you’ll get a second egg for a surcharge. There’s a charge for bottled water and for an Americano, you get the same coffee as if you were a fool. For bread, you had to ask repeatedly.
