The hotel was very comfortable and the staff were kind and attentive. The kids’ entertainment team was great, and the spa facilities were excellent. At first the pool temperature was not ideal for winter, and the kids’ pool hours were inconvenient because they closed at 18.

The sea view was gorgeous, but the room felt a bit plain for what you pay. I expected more decor and amenities for the price.

The place was spotless and the scenery was stunning, yet it felt wildly overpriced. I've stayed at better hotels for a fraction of the cost, and the restaurant is just too pricey for anything you can eat.

The canal view and friendly staff were highlights, but in room 13 the shower water temperature kept jumping from freezing to scalding, almost enough to burn or freeze you.
