The location is great, the social areas are lovely, and the staff are very friendly, all at a very good price. The room next to the laundry room carries the smell of dryers or something similar, which is uncomfortable.

The common areas and the staff’s attention were excellent.

Our stay at Casa Juntos was spectacular; it was ideal for a few relaxed days, with very good rooms that had all the facilities, clean, with pools, and the staff provided excellent service. The main street of Palomino offered easy access to everything nearby, and the interior spaces were very pretty. I highly recommend it; the quality‑price ratio was a great choice. I would definitely come back.

We were disappointed by the staff’s attitude. We had booked for one night, but when checking in we asked the receptionists if we could add another night, and they said yes. We asked if they could handle it through Booking since we had seen they had availability (we wanted to be sure we wouldn’t run out of accommodation over the weekend), and they again said they would do it without any problem. They charged us for both the original night and the newly added night. After more than three hours, when the night was already underway, they told us they would refund us for the extra night because there was no more room. We tried to get a solution, but the answer was that they could do nothing. They offered us a room at double the price listed online, so we had to leave and find another hostel.
