The location is pretty good and the hotel feels comfortable; breakfast is decent, and rides to attractions are close by. There's a mall, a massage shop, a 7‑11, and House of Lechon nearby. The drive into the lobby is a bit odd because the road in front of the hotel is jammed with cars all the time, so you end up waiting a long time.

It’s very close to the church and Ayala Mall. The bathroom needs a facelift; the tub is too high for me to get in, and the toilet is broken – we had to open the tank and push the lever to fill it.

The twin bed was broken, the phone was broken, the toilet kept clogging throughout the 4‑day stay, and breakfast coffee was cold – the pictures look old and don’t reflect reality, so it wasn’t worth the money.
