I can't fathom how an international hotel can have only one receptionist who doesn't speak English; otherwise, she worked hard and was lovely, just like the hotel itself. The staff at the lobby bar behaved in a completely unprofessional manner, and I've never seen staff beg guests for cigarettes.

I liked the location, but there was no 12:00 in the building; they call and nag as if we were staying long. Of course, this isn't normal in proper hotels.

The location and staff were fine, but the hotel is old, Soviet‑era construction, unlikely to be four stars. The worst thing is that construction is right next to the hotel from early morning, and at night the dogs bark nonstop on those sites. I stayed three nights and practically didn't sleep all three.
