Staff were friendly, the breakfast selection was excellent, and the rooms and beds were comfortable. I would have preferred having a coffee maker and microwave in the room instead of using the breakfast area.

I booked a King bed but was given two queen beds, and the front desk explained that this is their “policy” for room assignment when the requested type isn’t available. The location was not great.

It’s a very good place.

The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, but the TV and remote had no instructions or channel list, and there was no coffee maker in the room.

I loved the blow dryer and the absolutely amazing coffee bar—by far the best coffee I’ve ever had—but the hotel’s single entrance made getting in and out difficult due to heavy traffic. The front desk staff were fine when I checked in, yet I found hair and a bandaid left in the shower, which was gross. The room’s window let in light unless the shade was fully lowered, and the shower was oddly designed so I had to step in before it would warm up, soaking the floor. When I returned to retrieve a bag, the person who appeared to be the manager was extremely rude, though the other three staff members helped me get my bag back, and the maintenance guy even gave my service dog a treat (which I shouldn’t have been charged for, but was). Overall, it was way too expensive.
